POSTING AND MANAGING WORK HOURS ON THE HELP TEAM CALENDAR

 1 POSTING YOUR HOURS ON THE CALENDAR FOR THE FIRST TIME

   1. Give the school your email address. You will use this address for the school calendar and blog.

   2. The school will send you 2 emails.
       . Calendar email. Click on the link to open a calendar account.
       . Blog email. Click on the link to open the staff blog.

   3. Now you can post your work hours on the school calendar.
       . Post your hours at the same time with an experienced HT member
       . ATTENTION: After you post your hours open the website to check. If you can't see it on the website but you
         can see it in the calendar window it means you have posted it in the wrong calendar. Correct.


 2 MANAGING YOUR WORK HOURS

   1. Post 4 hours/week  2 shifts, each two hours.
   2. You can choose any time that is not yet taken.
   3. You can work the same day and time every week or change your hours every week.
       If you work the same day and time every week you will need to update the calendar only if you change them.
       If you change your hours every week post your hours in the weekend, so other HT members can direct visitors to        you.
   4. Fill in the DESCRIPTION section (note: this info will appear on the website. It is also for people who don't know            what SL is)
   5. Include: your SL name; first language(s); e-mail address for questions NOT in English; Skype address of the                 school (esl-sl)
