Things to write in the report:
1. First name, last name of visitor. (CTRL+C and CTRL+V please. Do not type)
2. First language.
3. Do they use voice?
4. Their level (Beginner – Intermediate - Advanced)
5. IF THEY TELL YOU How did they found out about the school?
6. IF THEY TELL YOU Do they have any special reason to learn English? (travel, work, study, business, new friends)
7. IF THEY TELL YOU Do they have any special need or area they want to improve?
8. Other (English level, voice/text, best times for classes, special interests, needs)
9. List of classified advertisement
10. Please add your comments, suggestions or questions to the report
Copy the name as soon as the visitor appears at the infohub or look in CHAT HISTORY.
When you come to class 15 minutes early, open the report, IM the visitors, invite them to class and explain what type of class it will be. If they decide to attend class, tell the classrunner.
