Wear the Group Tag (ESL SL Help Team)
Send a group notice or group IM
“I will be at the infohub until xx PST. You are welcome to visit to receive information about the school and the classes”
First in your native language, then in English (on the same notice)

1 Greet the visitor
“Hello XXX XXX welcome to ESL SL, the English school”
“What is your first language?”
2 Give a notecard
When the visitor answers, give them the notecard ESL SL Info in their language.
If we don't have the notecard in their language give them English.

“I gave you a short notecard about the school in XXX. Please read it.”
3 Invite them to class.
If the visitor is not a student (teacher, observer, curious) tell that they are welcome to attend a class and to tell the classrunner they are observers and not students.
“Next class is...; The first class is free”
Give the the URL of the school website
“Visit http://www.drive-through-esl.info/ to find the calendar. Click on the classes to read a description.”
4 Invite them to the school group.
Ask before inviting to the group. How to invite someone who is in front of you . How to invite someone who is not in front of you.
“If you'd like I can invite you to the school group. If you join you will receive a notice 30 minutes before classes”
5 Ask if they have any question.
If the visitor doesn't understand English, tell them when the Help Team member (if there is one) who speaks their language works, and send him/her an IM with the name and language of the visitor.
